Jessica Brown
Program Manager

With a background in finance and non-profit operations, Jessica brings varied skills to the work as Princeton HR Insight’s program manager. She began her career on Wall Street at Lehman Brothers as a budget analyst and, after leaving to start a family, she developed into the COO of a state-wide NJ nonprofit that focuses on research, education, and advocacy around end of life care. After recently making a career shift, she is now responsible for the day to day management of Princeton HR Insight and of many client programs, such as People Leader Acceleration NETwork (PLANET) and Hogan As A Leadership Framework.
